Whether you’re working with an injury or condition or just looking to establish greater ease within yourself, this practice is for you. Through group classes and one-on-one sessions, I’ll teach you how to heal yourself thru this magical practice.

Twice Weekly Zoom Classes

    Therapeutic
    Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 pm MT
    Beginning January 3rd, 2024

    This Hatha class encourages proper alignment and a greater sense of ease through gentle movement. Appropriate for all ages and for those who are injured or working with an existing condition. Class will always conclude with ample time in restorative postures.

    Restorative
    Sundays 5:30-6:30 pm MT
    Beginning January 7th, 2024

    This is a blissy class for regulating the nervous system and allowing in utter relaxation. Appropriate for anyone looking to totally let go. Expect Reiki, music, and other healing elements to be infused into this class.

  • Coming from a main lineage of Iyengar Yoga, I love props! If you have any Yoga props on hand, please bring them (this could be blocks, blankets, bolster, strap). If you don’t any Yoga props, no worries at all, we’ll get creative :) Please grab a couple bed pillows, bath towels, and a scarf. Some weeks we may also use the wall or a straight back chair, but I will give you a heads up. And we’ll always take a little inventory at the top of class and see what works for people.

One-On-One Sessions

  • In these one-on-one sessions, available either over Zoom or in person (currently available in Boulder, CO)– I’ll get to know your unique challenges and goals and create a customized healing path just for you. Tools given may include asana (physical movement), breathwork, meditation, lifestyle recommendations and more. Especially appropriate for those working with an injury or condition that may provide a barrier to partaking in group classes. These sessions are all about YOU and creating greater ease and joy in your life.
